Evaluation

One of reaction's main strengths, as identified by an independent evaluator, is the potential for synergy between sug-projects to develop.  "Key to the success of reaction will be the extent to which all those involved in developing enterprise through the reaction programme share an understanding and knowledge of what they are commonly trying to achieve, and work together collaboratively and co-poeratively in order to achieve their goals"*
