With the emphasis on new and micro businesses, small groups of students mix informally with owners who are in show and tell mode. Students are asked to consider what makes a successful entrepreneur and how they might measure up to the challenge. ‘Reaction planned and prepared the day for us. We got the chance to speak to some real life entrepreneurs who had the experience of setting up their own business. They were easy to talk to as they were only in their twenties. We got to ask them about all aspects of their business life and it gave us an insight into what they did and gave us ideas for the future. All in all, the day was a huge success which provided an interesting insight into business life.’ - Warren Lumsden Berwick Community High School
